The Oklahoma State soccer team beat Penn State 2-1 in overtime Thursday night in Happy Valley, knocking off the country’s No. 6 team.
In the second overtime period, Kim Rodriguez got on the end of a Jaci Jones corner kick and headed home a game-winner. Rodriguez was the team’s leader in assists entering Thursday’s game (and still is), but the defender hadn’t scored a goal this season until that big moment.
Kim called game @kimberlyrod23 rises above to head in the golden goal lifting the Cowgirls to a 2-1 win over #8 Penn State.
