After the regular Friday-Saturday-Sunday format was changed to Saturday-Sunday-Monday for Oklahoma State baseball’s series against Baylor due to weather concerns, heavy rain pushed the final three innings of Sunday’s game to Monday, joining the series finale.
“We knew coming in that the series was going to get moved back and we were dealing with a lot of rain,” outfielder/catcher Gage Green said. “… We just knew that we had to stay in the moment. Not worry about the rain. Just know we were going to get the game in.”
With the Bears holding a 2-1 lead, the second game of the series was delayed at about 3:20 Sunday afternoon.
