When the Oklahoma State baseball team hosted Dallas Baptist earlier this season March 13, its win total barely sat above .500 with an 8-6 record.
OSU lost to the Patriots, 6-4.
The Cowboys (23-14-1) were still finding themselves in March, coach Josh Holliday said. But now they’ve seemed to peak to their full potential as the regular season winds down.
OSU, now 12-3 in league play following a 4-3 comeback victory Sunday to sweep Kansas, now prepares itself to face the same foe it came up short against on March 13: Dallas Baptist.
“I think the thing that’s most exciting is we’re improving,” Holliday said.
