Cowboys Rout Wichita State

WICHITA, Kan. – Jawun Evans and Jeffrey Carroll exited the postgame press conference, noticed several leftover pizza boxes from the media meal and wondered aloud if they could grab a few slices.

Carroll scoffed and said, “Nah, we've got something on the bus.”

That's the only thing the Cowboys didn't take Saturday night, most of if forcefully, in routing Wichita State 93-76 at INTRUST Bank Arena.

Behind a combined 44 points from Evans and Carroll, OSU took a big early lead, seized the energy from the building and captured perhaps its biggest win of the season in improving to 9-2.
