Oklahoma State will remember the Alamo Bowl.
The Cowboys dismantled Colorado on Thursday evening in the Valero Alamo Bowl, 38-8. The win marked the fifth time in the past seven years that OSU finished with 10 or more wins. The Cowboys are 10-3.
Although the game started slow, OSU quickly picked up the pace in the second quarter.
Mason Rudolph and James Washington gave Cowboy fans reason to dream about next season, connecting nine times for 171 yards and a touchdown. Both players announced earlier this week they would return for their senior seasons. Washington was on pace to break the Alamo Bowl record for receiving yards, but left in the third quarter with an injury to his left middle finger and did not return.
