Cowboys RB Joseph Randle cleared in domestic abuse case

Per the Dallas Morning News, the Sedgwick County Kansas District Attorney has cleared Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle of felony domestic abuse charges, citing lack of evidence.

Randle's girlfriend, Dalia Jacobs, accused the 23-year-old on Feb 3rd of pointing a gun at her friend and their infant son at a Wichita, Kansas hotel. She also said Randle shatterring the window a car, hitting her friend and son with flying glass.

Since no charges will be filed, Randle should be cleared by the league as well and not face suspension.

Under the league’s personal conduct policy, a first-time offender receives a mandatory six-game suspension.
