Cowboys outlast Sun Devils in the desert, 27-15

Heat, hold-ups and head scratchers defined the first half of the Oklahoma State offense in Tempe, but as the second half rolled around, OSU turned up the tempo.

The Cowboys burned the midnight oil in Tempe on Saturday, battling the Arizona State Sun Devils in a long one, and OSU earned a 27-15 win.

The Cowboys (2-0) had zero yards on the ground in the first half, but as the game went on, the offensive line made up for lost time, and the run game finished with 113 yards.

The quarterback carousel continued. This time, with a different order.
