First-year Oklahoma State head coach David Taylor has had a strong first few months on the recruiting trail.
Earlier this week, the Cowboys attained a commitment from Kellen Wolbert from Hartland, Wisconsin — the state's top prospect — and 22nd overall recruit in the 2026 class, according to Willie Saylor of MatScouts.
Wolbert announced his pledge to OSU simultaneously via his Instagram and a live video on the WIWrestle Facebook account. He chose the Cowboys over Missouri, Michigan, Wisconsin and others.
A two-time Wisconsin state champion and Fargo champion, Wolbert boasts a career 89-2 high school record.
