Jensen Elliott appeared on the pitcher's mound in an Oklahoma State baseball game for the first time since March 2017.

OSU dropped a 7-3 game to Baylor on Sunday afternoon in Waco, Texas, to lose the conference series 2-1.

Elliott, a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Coppell, Texas, was the fourth Cowboy to take the mound in the rubber game against the Bears. He underwent Tommy John surgery in April 2017, and until Sunday, he hadn't returned to the mound.

Jonathan Heasley, the Cowboys' starter, tallied the loss. Heasley (3-5), a sophomore right-handed pitcher from Plano, Texas, permitted eight hits and four runs, only two of which were earned.
