Cowboys, Boynton land 6-foot-10 center Kentrevious Jones

Addressing a roster with a lack of size inside, Oklahoma State coach Mike Boynton landed Kentrevious Jones, a 6-foot-10 center from Macon, Georgia.

Jones, a former Xavier commit, joins forwards Yor Anei and Duncan Demuth in the Cowboys' 2018 class. He announced the signing on his Instagram on Sunday and will have four years of eligibility at OSU.

After the transfer of Brandon Averette and early exits of Tavarius Shine and Yankuba Sima to pursue professional careers, Boynton had five open scholarships. One of those will go to Jones, who as of now joins Lucas N'Guessan as the only Cowboys over 6-9.
