STILLWATER — Donovan Williams had a plan.
Take his first official visit to Oklahoma State this weekend. Official visits at Texas and Kansas State the next two weekends followed.
Then, the 6-foot-5, four-star shooting guard from North Star High in Lincoln, Nebraska, would make a decision in April, right around the next signing period.
Except, he’s now stuck in recruiting purgatory.
“I still don’t know what’s going to happen with everything,” Williams told The Oklahoman. “It’s to-be-determined.”
With the COVID-19 pandemic changing the landscape of recruiting across all sports, basketball is taking a big hit.
