After a statement victory against Texas, two Oklahoma State football players earned conference honors.
Taylor Cornelius, the Cowboys' redshirt senior quarterback, is the Big 12 Player of the Week, the conference announced Monday.
Zach Sinor, OSU's redshirt senior punter, earned Big 12 Co-Special Teams Player of the Week accolades.
Cornelius went 23-for-24, passing for three touchdowns and no interceptions against the Longhorns. He also contributed two rushing touchdowns.
In the fourth quarter, Sinor had a 57-yard punt that played a key role in suppressing Texas' offensive attack, trapping the Longhorns at their 2-yard line. Sinor also punted the ball for 50 yards in the second quarter.
