The university announced in a Wednesday news release that construction is underway on a $20 million project, set to complete in fall 2018, to renovate the current home of Cowgirl soccer on Hall of Fame Avenue north of the Colvin Center on campus.
The new facility will seat more than 3,500, including; club levels, two suites, a plaza, upper-bowl gathering spaces, a press box, and a north end terrace area specifically for student seating. Athletes will also have access to new locker rooms, meeting areas, kitchen, sports medicine areas and equipment rooms.
