In the aftermath of Wednesday morning's report that Oklahoma State coach Mike Gundy had offered "a position" on his staff to former Cowboy assistant Bodie Reeder, contrary reports have emerged.
FootballScoop.com initially reported the offer, but in the hours that followed, the Pistols Firing Blog cited a source that said the news of the offer was inaccurate.
Robert Collingwood of the Spokesman Review in Washington reported on Wednesday afternoon that he spoke to Reeder, who said he had not been offered a job by Oklahoma State.
Reeder did not return phone calls to The Oklahoman.
