FORT WORTH, Texas – Five local establishments offered TCU students a deal.
Show up to Amon G. Carter Stadium for the game against Oklahoma State, break the student attendance record and drinks are half off from 10-11 tonight.
Midway through the game, an announcement flashed up on the big screen. 6,224 students packed the east stands, a new record.
Good for the students in Fort Worth, but hopefully they invite the orange-clad students who made the three-hour trip down I-35. They are the ones who need the deal, because OSU’s 43-40 double overtime loss will be tough to quickly forget.
