When the Oklahoma State offense lines up, one skill position player stands out above them all — literally.
Jelani Woods.
Woods is a 6-foot-7, 276-pound tight end or Cowboy Back in the OSU offense. Size wise, Woods stands 1 inch taller and 8 pounds heavier than Rob Gronkowski.
Woods has been the Cowboys go-to tight end for the last two seasons. He’ll be going into his third year playing and his fourth year with the program after a redshirt freshman season.
Woods was named a All-Big 12 Honorable Mention the previous two seasons, but this year could be the one he moves up to first or second team with the Kasey Dunn’s offense.
