Jeffrey Carroll disrupted Austin Peay’s press defense as he leapt and slammed the ball through the hoop with a rim-shaking dunk.
Carroll led Oklahoma State’s men’s basketball team to a 79-63 victory against Austin Peay on Wednesday evening in Gallagher-Iba Arena.
Although OSU (6-1) experienced second-half struggles, Carroll, a redshirt senior guard from Rowlett, Texas, displayed effort and consistency when the Cowboys needed it.
Carroll didn’t start against the Governors but made an impact when he came off the bench. He was the Cowboys’ top scorer with 17 points. Carroll also notched five rebounds and three assists.
