After ankle surgery, Burton recently decided to change his diet and become a pescatarian. A pescatarian is a vegetarian that also includes fish in his or her diet.
“After the ankle surgery, I needed something to help me get back in shape faster so I figured I’d give up meat,” Burton said. “It helped a lot, too. It helps with the respiratory system.
“It’s not really hard. I had stopped eating pork and beef a long time ago; giving up chicken, that was the hardest part.
