Four — since March 22, 2019, Kaid Brock has only been able to wrestle in four matches for the Cowboys.
Brock was hopeful for this season. He was excited to be back on the mat. He said he felt great and was ready to wrestle hard and beat some people.
But with an undisclosed injury that was suffered in practice, coach John Smith delivered the harsh news.
“More than likely Kaid Brock’s season is over.”
This isn’t the first time this news has been delivered to Brock.
Back in August 2019, he suffered an ACL tear that kept him out of competition for the entire 2019-20 season, and during his freshman campaign in 2016, he suffered a knee injury that cut his season short.
