A 27-13 win against West Virginia had plenty of positives, from LD Brown’s success to Shane Illingworth’s first start. There were also some concerning trends that materialized.

The concerning part of the win came when Hubbard had the ball punched out of his hands twice. Mike Gundy subbed him out immediately after each fumble — both recovered by the offense — and LD Brown and Dezmon Jackson stepped up to the challenge.
