In the most recent edition of the Associated Press Top 25 College Football Poll, the Oklahoma State Cowboys saw themselves move up four spots without playing a single snap.
It’s not exactly a big surprise, as OSU saw four teams — Ohio State, Penn State, Oregon, and Wisconsin — disappear from the polls with the Big Ten and the Pac-12 not playing football this fall (for now).
But, that doesn’t mean that every voter just moved OSU up four spots in their individual polls. There was actually a decent amount of moving.
Sam McKewon of the Omaha World-Herald moved OSU up five spots, from number 11 to number six, which was the highest anyone ranked the Cowboys this past week.
