Blackmon can avoid jail time if he complies with the conditions an Oklahoma judge sets. He will be on probation.
The Jacksonville Jaguars selected Blackmon with the fifth pick in the 2012 draft. In 20 games, he has 1,280 yards and six touchdowns, but has not played in the NFL since November 2013, when he was suspended for violating the league’s substance abuse policy.
