STILLWATER — Tylan Wallace is one step closer to becoming Oklahoma State’s fourth Biletnikoff trophy winner.
On Monday, 11 semifinalists for the Biletnikoff Award were named. Four of the 11 wide receivers are from the Big 12. The award’s three finalists will be announced Nov. 19.
