Trotter: I give Oklahoma State sophomore Justice Hill the slight edge because of upside, but West Virginia's Justin Crawford is right there. Those are the top two Big 12 backs going into the season, just ahead of TCU's Kyle Hicks and Texas' Chris Warren III, who both could challenge for the league rushing title, too.
