All eight field officials for Saturday's game between Central Michigan and Oklahoma State have been suspended by the Mid-American Conference, while two replay officials have been suspended by the Big 12.
Each suspension will last two games.
"After a thorough review and evaluation of the entire Central Michigan at Oklahoma State contest, we have decided to suspend the officiating crew for the next two consecutive weeks. I have personally informed the crew of our decision," said Bill Carollo, MAC Coordinator of Football Officials, Collegiate Officiating Consortium in a release.
With four seconds left in the game and OSU holding a three-point lead, Cowboys' quarterback Mason Rudolph heaved the ball down the field on fourth down to run out the clock.
