STILLWATER — Oklahoma scored a goal in each half on Friday night and upended Oklahoma State 2-0 in a Bedlam soccer match before 2,244 fans at Cowgirl Stadium.
Kaylee Dao and Emily Parker scored for the Sooners, who notched their first win of the season after double overtime losses to Furman and No. 11-ranked South Carolina.
Dao gave OU all it needed at 18-second mark of the first half, firing a shot from 12 yards. The ball was deflected by goalkeeper Michela Ongaro but rolled into the net for the 1-0 lead.
Parker added an unassisted goal at 60:41.
