Oklahoma State finished 45th nationally and fifth in the Big 12 with its incoming class of football players. Baylor finished 54th nationally and ninth in the Big 12. I would much rather be Baylor than Oklahoma State.
Now that I have your attention, let me explain.
Why? Well, OSU is bringing in one four-star player, QB Shane Illingworth. Baylor is bringing in three (a corner, a DE and a running back). The reason they ranked 54th (and ninth) is only because they’re bringing in 17 players, four fewer than OSU is bringing in. OSU has 21 coming in (and three more via transfers).
