Barry Sanders penned an open letter to his OSU family Wednesday, a week removed from the celebration of his 30-year Heisman Trophy-winning anniversary at OSU, in which he thanked all who made the weekend possible.
“This past weekend in Stillwater was an amazing experience,” he said. “Getting to be back at Oklahoma State with my whole family to celebrate the 30th anniversary of my Heisman Trophy was a blessing.
“Thank you to everyone who made the weekend incredible, including Oklahoma State, Coach Gundy, the players, the War Pigs and former teammates, Nissan Heisman House, Nike, Panini America, and, of course, all of the OK State fans everywhere.
