Babic tabbed Big 12 Player of the Week

Oklahoma State women’s tennis player Vladica Babic has been named Big 12 Player of the Week.

It’s the fifth time a Cowgirl has won the award this season.

In doubles, Babic recently won her 100th career match, a feat only seven Cowgirls have accomplished. In singles, Babic is on a four-match win streak. She most notably defeated UCLA’s No. 8 Ena Shibahara in straight sets.

Babic and her fellow Cowgirls compete Friday, as they take on the Baylor Bears in Waco, Texas.
