With the score tied and just over two minutes left, the Oklahoma State basketball team went to Lindy Waters on the right block for a bucket.
But as Waters backed down his defender, he was doubled on the baseline. Waters fired a pass into the middle of the lane to a cutting Isaac Likekele, with Yor Anei’s defender stepping up to stop him.
Just what Likekele wanted to see.
In a split-second decision, Likekele quickly lobbed the ball up to an uncovered Yor Anei on the baseline for the flush. Gallagher-Iba Arena got the loudest roar it had heard all season.
