Tennis returns to the indoor courts of the Greenwood Tennis Center this weekend.
Cowgirl coach Chris Young and his youthful roster embark on an eight-match homestand opening the spring 2021 season Saturday in a doubleheader against Missouri beginning at noon.
Despite the fact OSU returns four starters from last spring, inexperience remains a theme on this year’s roster.
In fact, four Cowgirl returners are still classified as freshmen — Alana Wolfberg, Dariya Detkovskaya, Daniella Medvedeva and Lenka Stara.
In collegiate tennis, a player remains a freshman until he or she participates in a full spring season.
