Fields was a critical part of the Cowgirls’ early success this season. She had a 14-point game against ORU and a 15-point game against Southern. Midway through the season, she lost a bit of her scoring touch in both of OSU’s losses, being held to under 10 points against Alabama and Tulsa. However, Fields has reached double digits in her last two games and appears to be settling back into her role as a consistent offensive weapon.
Keeping turnovers down:
The Cowgirls had a season-low six turnovers in their last game against Texas Tech. It was their cleanest game in the category since the 2018-19 season.
