The Oklahoma Sooners won a record-setting shootout in Lubbock, beating Texas Tech, 66-59. The teams combined to set a record for total yards in a game, quarterback Baker Mayfield set an Oklahoma record with seven passing touchdowns, and running back Joe Mixon had five total touchdowns himself. Here is every touchdown the Sooners scored in the game:
Mayfield hit Mixon with a 56-yard TD pass.
Mayfield then hit Dede Westbrook on the next drive for the 49-yard TD.
Mixon reeled off a 46-yard TD run.
Mayfield hit Nick Basquine right before halftime with the 23-yard TD.
After Mayfield hit Westbrook again for another TD, Mayfield connected with Mixon for another TD, this one went for 43 yards.
Mayfield's next TD pass came on a 34-yard strike to Dimitri Flowers.
Mayfield's final TD pass came this 15-yard pass to Mixon.
