Jim Gallogly took Oklahoma's new Jumpman logo to new heights Thursday afternoon.
The university president parachuted from 13,500 feet in a tandem skydive jump with a member of the Black Daggers — a U.S. Army Special Operations Command parachute demonstration team.
Gallogly landed in a field just south of Lloyd Noble Center. Regent Leslie Rainbolt-Forbes and provost Kyle Harper landed just after Gallogly.
"That was fabulous," Gallogly said just after he touched down. "Boomer Sooner."
He wore a harness, a red and black cap, and of course, a gray OU shirt with the Jordan Brand jumpman logo.
