Chase Nevel didn't particularly have a favorite college football team growing up.
He was all about the NFL, particularly the Detroit Lions and Reggie Bush.
But he always kept an eye on Colts wide receiver Marvin Harrison.
He wanted to be just like Peyton Manning's wide receiver and worked hard to achieve that dream.
So when he graduated from Catoosa without a Division I offer, Nevel went to Northeastern Oklahoma A&M for a year and a half, grinding away in Miami with the goal of finding his way to a collegiate football powerhouse.
