The freshman scored 44 points with nine assists to lead the Sooners to a 98-96 win over Baylor Tuesday night. He gave his team the lead with two free throws with 23 seconds remaining, which ended up being the decisive points in the win.
Young finished 11-of-20 from the field, including 6-of-11 from three-point range, while also adding 16-of-19 from the free throw line.
