Lincoln Riley wants 80,000 fans at Oklahoma Memorial Stadium for Oklahoma's spring game on April 14, and he's enlisting country music artist Trace Adkins to make it happen.
Adkins, a three-time Academy of Country Music Award winner, will perform a pregame concert beginning at 12:30 p.m. in the stadium's north end zone.
Adkins, a native of Sarepta, Louisiana, has sold more than 11 million albums and is best known for songs like Honky Tonk Badonkadonk, You're Gonna Miss This and Ladies Love Country Boys. Adkins is also featured in the new Oklahoma-made movie, "I Can Only Imagine," which also starts Dennis Quaid and tells the story behind the MercyMe song with the same name.
