Three true freshmen with Dallas-area roots make impressive first impression in Oklahoma's spring game

This fall, Hebron's Trejan Bridges, Allen's Theo Wease Jr. and Plano Prestonwood's Austin Stogner were making highlight grabs and touchdown catches at their respective high schools.

Months later, they were doing the same thing, under the bright lights in Norman, Oklahoma.

The three true freshmen, who graduated early and enrolled at Oklahoma this spring, made an impressive first impression at the Sooners' spring game on Friday night.

Bridges led the group with three receptions for 76 yards, three yards away from tying former Allen receiver Lee Morris -- a senior walk-on turned scholarship receiver -- for the team lead.
