NORMAN — There are several certainties for several of Steven Parker's former Oklahoma teammates in this week's NFL Draft.
Quarterback Baker Mayfield will go off the board early in the first round, perhaps as soon as the No. 1 pick if media reports that circulated Tuesday are to be believed.
Tight end Mark Andrews and tackle Orlando Brown both will be drafted, likely in Friday's second wave of picks.
Edge rusher Ogbonnia Okoronkwo and fullback Dimitri Flowers are also almost certain to hear their names called.
For Parker, the Jenks product who started 44 games for the Sooners at either safety or nickelback over the last four seasons, the path forward is much less certain.
