It finally arrived late Wednesday night, and now there's a chance a family tradition could continue.
Oklahoma offensive coordinator Lincoln Riley offered the dual-threat quarterback, a day after Ohio State offered.
“Today's offer hasn't shocked me and I'm not into all the hype,” Thompson told The Oklahoman via text message. “From the outside looking in, you wouldn't be able to see a difference in me! I (definitely) wanted it (though) and have been waiting. Just took off some pressure.
