Texas offensive lineman Sam Cosmi wasn’t critical of Oklahoma’s defensive line, but he wasn’t exactly complimentary either.
Cosmi was asked about facing Neville Gallimore and Ronnie Perkins on Saturday when the Longhorns take on the Sooners (11 a.m., Fox).
“Those are pretty much guys who we’ve been watching,” Cosmi said. “I’m excited to go against them again.
“I wouldn’t say they’re super special, but they’re good players. They’re solid players. Nothing to worry about too much.”
You can bet Perkins saw it.
The sophomore was asked after Tuesday’s practice about the comments.
