The Puerto Rico Tip-Off Classic, which Oklahoma's men's basketball team is scheduled to participate in, has been moved due to concerns over the Zika virus.
The event, scheduled for Nov. 17-18 and 20, will be played this year at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex at Walt Disney World near Orlando, Fla.
The tournament was originally scheduled for the Coliseo Roberto Clemente in San Juan.
"We enjoy the beauty and accommodations that are afforded in Puerto Rico and want to make every effort in playing the event in San Juan, but the concern for student-athlete and spectator welfare became the primary driver in the decision," said Peter Derzis, ESPN's senior vice president for events, in a statement.
