Commitments have a tendency to sneak up on you and happen when you least expect it. That was the case tonight as the Sooners picked up a commitment from JUCO WR Ryan Parker. Ryan originally committed to TCU out of high school, but ended up at Tyler Junior College.
Bob Pryzbolo of Scout.com confirmed the commitment with the following tweet.

Ryan Parker's commitment was hard to confirm because the Sooner coaches just tweet out area codes with commitments.
