Morning kickoffs are the bane of college football fans in this part of the country. Back East, where the earliest kickoffs almost always are at noon, it’s not as big a deal. Out West, they almost never happen.
But here in Middle America, in God’s time zone, the Central, 11 a.m. kickoffs have become quite normal. OU and OSU deal with them on a regular basis and loathe what they do to game-day atmospheres.
