Report: Alabama transfer QB Jalen Hurts visits OU's campus

Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts, the most high-profile free agent in college football, visited Oklahoma's campus Saturday, according to SoonerScoop.com.

Hurts is expected to transfer from Alabama after three seasons in Tuscaloosa. Hurts led the Crimson Tide to back-to-back College Football Playoff appearances before losing the starting quarterback job to Tua Tagovailoa.

The Houston native completed 73 percent of his passes while throwing for 765 yards, eight touchdowns and two interceptions in a reserve role this season.

Hurts, a dual-threat quarterback, threw for 48 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in his Alabama career while rushing for 1,976 yards and 23 touchdowns.
