Oklahoma receiver Dede Westbrook was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing Monday in Cameron, Texas.
Westbrook was arrested and released Monday, according to a spokesperson at the Milam County (Texas) Jail. There was no police report available.
Westbrook, who is from Cameron, was the 2015 Big 12 Offensive Newcomer of the Year after recording 46 receptions for 743 yards and four touchdowns during his first season at Oklahoma. He spent his first two collegiate seasons at Blinn (Texas) Junior College.
Entering his senior season, he is expected to battle to be Oklahoma's No. 1 receiver in the fall and help replace All-Big 12 receiver Sterling Shepard, a four-year starter who was selected by the New York Giants in the second round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
