The No. 18-ranked Sooners had a game-high 21 points and nine rebounds from Kaylon Williams. She added two assists and two steals in 28 minutes to help OU improve to 10-2 overall. Derica Wyatt added 14 points for the Sooners, who charged to a 16-6 lead in the first quarter and never looked back.
OU outscored the Jayhawks 36-22 in the paint and 17-2 on second-chance points.
