NORMAN — A day after Colorado State transfer Kris Martin announced on Twitter that he'd committed to Oklahoma, the situation between Martin and OU remains less than clear-cut.
Sources close to the program told The Oklahoman that despite the Sooners' inquiries into Martin and interest, OU hadn't decided whether or not to pull the trigger on an offer.
Part of Oklahoma's continuing work to vet Martin includes the question over whether or not he'd be eligible immediately.
The Sooners are in need of both a point guard and a shooting guard in the transfer/junior college market after three guards with eligibility remaining departed following the Sooners' first-round NCAA Tournament loss to Rhode Island.
