Wisconsin scored four runs in the third to defeat No. 3 Oklahoma, 4-3, Sunday in the Sooners' final game of the Mary Nutter Collegiate Classic in Palm Springs, California.
The Badgers (8-6) scored four runs in the frame on a squeeze bunt, error, hit-by-pitch and bases loaded walk. The Sooners rallied in the bottom of the frame with three runs, getting RBI singles from junior Jocelyn Alo and freshman Kinzie Hansen.
However, the Sooner hitters were held silent the the rest of the game. Senior Shannon Saile took the loss in the circle for OU, giving up three earned runs on three hits while walking eight and striking out seven.
