NORMAN — Oklahoma softball will host a three-game series this weekend against Baylor. After that comes a rare month-long road trip.
After Sunday, coach Patty Gasso's squad will play just one more home game for the rest of the regular season.
"Well, it was a tough year for all of us in the way of travel," Gasso said Tuesday night. "But this is a team that can handle it because they play very well on the road. Whether it's our home crowd or an opposing crowd that's on them, they love that stuff. They love crowds. We've still got a lot of work ahead of us on the road, but this is a team that can handle that.
